We maintain communication between our offices and lenders, brokers, attorneys, real estate agents, buyers and sellers to ensure a timely, accurate production of the closing disclosure, a compilation of all the fees and charges being collected, paid and disbursed from the closing in accordance with TRID regulations. It is essential to keep information effectively flowing between all parties involved in a transaction to avoid delays or postponement of a closing. We work to address problems that arise and find manageable solutions as part of the overall process.
